Bab 173: Eirik Petty Campaign

Eirik scrolled furiously through his phone, his blood boiling with every article, every post, every comment about that staged interview Amara and Elara had just given. They were trying to play it off as if there was nothing going on, claiming it was all "professional admiration" or whatever laughable nonsense. But Eirik knew the truth or at least, he was certain he did.

"Those liars," he muttered, his lip curling. "Everyone can see what's really going on."

The phone shook in his hand as he typed out another anonymous post on one of the more salacious gossip forums: "You all see how cozy they looked, right? Wake up, people. Elara's using Amara to climb the ladder. You don't go from nobody to starring role without connections if you know what I mean."
