Elara arrived at her apartment, the day's events swirling around in her head like a chaotic storm. She had officially signed with Lyselle Media, a move she hadn't exactly seen coming. Felix had been charming, competent, and oddly supportive, qualities she hadn't anticipated from anyone connected to Amara. But signing that contract had felt right.

"Maybe it's because Felix wasn't acting like a smug, evil mastermind, unlike some people," she muttered under her breath, her thoughts immediately turning to Eirik.
