Below them, the flames were spreading, casting a hellish glow across the scene. Lucci, visibly pissed off, snarled at the Straw Hats.

"Let me show you desperation, filthy pirates," He growled, his voice cold and unforgiving.

Without warning, Lucci's body began to shift and contort, bones cracking and muscles expanding as he transformed into his Hybrid Leopard form. His already imposing frame grew larger, more menacing. His eyes glinted with predatory intent as his hands morphed into deadly claws.

"Ryankyaku!" Lucci roared, launching a powerful air blade from his leg. The attack was so powerful that it nearly cleaved the building in two, sending debris flying everywhere.

Paulie, who had managed to stay on his feet despite the chaos, rushed toward Iceburg's side, desperate to protect him. But Lucci was faster. He intercepted Paulie with terrifying speed, blocking his path. The two locked eyes, Paulie's filled with hurt and betrayal, Lucci's with cold indifference.

"I really thought we were friends!" Paulie shouted, his voice cracking with emotion.

"Only you thought that," Lucci responded, his tone flat. He swiped his massive claw at Paulie, intending to end him right there.

Before the deadly claw could connect, Luffy charged in, throwing himself between Lucci and Paulie. The force of Lucci's clawed Shigan pierced through Luffy's torso, drawing blood. Luffy gritted his teeth against the pain, refusing to back down. But Lucci grabbed him by head, and flung him across the city.

Zoro, seeing Luffy in danger, drew his sword and rushed at Lucci. But the CP9 agent was ready. He used Tekkai to harden his body, making Zoro's powerful strike bounce off him harmlessly. With a swift, brutal kick, Lucci sent Zoro flying across the room. The swordsman crashed through a wall, his sword falling to the ground as he was launched over the city.

As the chaos erupted, Coby acted. He darted forward, catching Zoro's fallen sword with one hand while wrapping his other arm around Nami. With his free arm, he grabbed Chopper by the arm, pulling both of them close.

In a blink, Coby was gone from the room, disappearing into the night with his crewmates. Coby dropped Nami and Chopper onto a nearby rooftop, making sure they were stable before quickly returning to the Galley-La building. When he arrived, Lucci and the other CP9 members were already gone, leaving behind a rapidly spreading fire. The air was thick with smoke, and the flames crackled as they devoured the structure.

Wasting no time, Coby began grabbing the unconscious Galley-La workers who had been left behind. He unceremoniously tossed them out the window one by one, their bodies landing in a pile below where other workers were scrambling to pull them to safety. The heat was becoming unbearable, but Coby moved quickly, determined to get everyone out before the fire consumed the building entirely.

Once the last worker was out, Coby turned his attention to Iceburg, who was still lying on the bed, badly injured and barely conscious. With no time for gentleness, Coby hoisted the mayor onto his shoulder and dashed out of the room, dodging falling debris as he made his way back to Nami and Chopper.

Reaching the rooftop where he had left them, Coby set Iceburg down carefully. Chopper immediately sprang into action, his hands moving rapidly as he began tending to Iceburg's wounds. Nami stood nearby, her face pale as she took in the sight of the battered mayor.

As Chopper worked, Iceburg weakly raised a hand, signaling that he had something important to say. "Nico Robin… she's done everything for you," he gasped, struggling to get the words out. "She struck a deal with CP9… to protect you."

Nami's eyes narrowed as she listened, trying to make sense of what Iceburg was saying. "What do you mean?"

Iceburg took a shaky breath, his voice barely above a whisper. "Nico Robin… agreed to let herself be taken by CP9… in exchange for the safety of the Straw Hat crew. She ensured… that all seven of you… would have a free pass out of Water 7."

Nami's eyes widened in shock as she processed Iceburg's words. "She sacrificed herself for us?"

Iceburg nodded weakly. "She believed it was the only way… to keep you safe. She didn't want to see you get hurt because of her."

Chopper continued to work, his expression grim as he bandaged Iceburg's wounds. "Robin did this to protect us… and we didn't even know."

Nami turned to Coby, her voice laced with worry. "Luffy and Zoro..."

Coby placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "They're fine. Luffy is trapped between two buildings, and Zoro's stuck in a chimney. They'll get out soon."

Nami nodded, her tension easing slightly. "They'll become 100 times stronger when they hear that Robin did it to protect us." Her resolve hardened as she continued, "We need to go after Robin and stop her."

Coby shook his head, stopping her. "We can't rush. We'll follow them, but we need to be smart about it."

Iceburg, still weak but determined to help, added, "In ten minutes, the Sea Train will take off. With Aqua Laguna coming, the next train won't leave until morning. They'll take her to Enies Lobby."

Nami bit her lip, frustration evident in her eyes. "Where is that?"

Coby began explaining. "Enies Lobby, also known as the Judicial Island, is one of the World Government's three major strongholds. It's called the Afternoon Island or Never-night Island, because the sun never sets there—daylight lasts all the time. Once a criminal enters the island, it's nearly impossible to escape. And if they pass through the Bridge of Hesitation and cross the Gates of Justice, there's no return. The only path from there leads to Impel Down."

Nami absorbed the information quickly, her mind already racing to figure out their next move. "So, if Robin reaches Enies Lobby, we'll lose her forever."

Coby nodded, confirming her fear. "Exactly. That's why we need to act now, but we have to be careful. If we rush in without a plan, we could lose everything."

Iceburg, struggling to stay conscious, managed to speak up again. "The train will leave soon. You'll have to be fast if you want to catch it."

Nami glanced at Coby, urgency in her voice. "We need to get Luffy and Zoro. We can't do this without them."

Coby moved swiftly, grabbing Chopper and Nami by the arms as he leaped from rooftop to rooftop. The city's layout allowed him to navigate quickly, dodging the few obstacles that remained in his path. As they landed on a lower rooftop, Coby handed Zoro's sword to Chopper, pointing to the spot where Zoro was comically stuck, face-first in a chimney.

Meanwhile, Coby took Nami to a nearby rooftop, positioning them just a short distance away from where Luffy was still wedged between two buildings. Luffy was struggling, his rubbery body twisted awkwardly as he tried to free himself. Coby nodded to Nami, signaling her to get Luffy's attention.

Nami cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted, "Luffy! Stop messing around! We need to move, now!"

Nami's tears flowed freely as she choked out the words. "Luffy! Robin did everything to protect us! She's being taken away... She'll die if we don't save her!"

Luffy's eyes widened, the weight of her words sinking in. His body, wedged between two buildings, suddenly tensed. In a surge of raw determination, he braced his hands against the walls on either side, veins bulging as he pushed with all his might. The stone groaned under the pressure, cracks spreading outward from where his hands pressed. With a final, explosive effort, Luffy forced the buildings apart, the structures shaking as they split from their base.

Freed from his confinement, Luffy stumbled forward, catching his breath for just a moment before fixing his gaze on Nami. "We're getting her back," he declared.

Meanwhile, Zoro, still stuck in the chimney, called out to Chopper. "Hand me my sword!"

Chopper hurried over, tossing the sword to Zoro, who caught it with a single fluid motion. With a barely noticeable flick of his wrist, Zoro sliced through the chimney as if it were paper. The building shuddered, nearly split in two from the force of the cut. Zoro stepped out, sheathing his sword as he nodded to Chopper. "Let's go."

Just as the crew regrouped, the dark clouds above began to churn, signaling the approach of Aqua Laguna. The first massive wave crashed down with a deafening roar, flooding the lower parts of the city and swallowing up the buildings in its path.

"We need to move!" Coby shouted, his voice cutting through the chaos.

As they reached the higher ground, the full force of Aqua Laguna descended upon Water 7. The massive wave surged over the lower city, sweeping away anything in its path. The crew barely made it to safety, the water crashing just behind them as they reached the upper levels.

Breathing heavily, Nami glanced back at the flooded streets below. "We can't waste any more time."
