He composed himself before stepping into the villa. 

"Grandfather, Yutong." 

Seeing Fu Mingxu, Old Master Fu's smile faded, and his voice turned cold. "You're back." 

"Mhm," Fu Mingxu replied, feigning ignorance. "Grandfather, what was so urgent that you needed me to return?" 

"Explain to me, what's this nonsense about severing ties on the company's Weibo?" Old Master Fu's gaze bore into him. 

Fu Mingxu frowned, appearing deep in thought for a moment before lowering his head. "Grandfather, I was wrong." 

Old Master Fu's expression didn't soften. "Who told you to do this? To bypass me and order Fu's employees to issue a statement cutting ties with Han Chuan? You've gotten bold, haven't you? Are you planning to take over the company next?" 

Though he had always doted on Fu Mingxu, Old Master Fu would not tolerate any ambition directed towards his company. 

"Grandfather, I never had such thoughts!" Fu Mingxu hurriedly explained.
