Bab 48: Sandcastle competition!

The beach erupted into chaos as Reagan's whistle pierced the air, signaling the start of the sandcastle competition. Lucifer, Ezra, Margot, Reagan, and Piper dove into their designated plots, hands plunging into wet sand with manic intensity.

Lucifer's brow furrowed in concentration as he began to pile sand, his movements precise and deliberate. Nearby, a cluster of girls watched, their cheers growing more confused by the second.

"Go Lucifer!" one called out, then faltered. "Um... what exactly are you building?"

Lucifer just grinned, sand clinging to his forearms as he shaped and molded. "You'll see," he said, cryptic as ever.

Ezra, meanwhile, was a whirlwind of efficiency. Her hands moved with the same deadly precision she used in combat, carving turrets and battlements from the sand with ease.

"Damn, Ez," Reagan called out, pausing in his own pitiful efforts. "Didn't know you had an architecture degree."
