Lin Suqing decisively threw all the fish food from his hand, patted his palm, took the handkerchief that the attendant was holding, and walked toward the stone table in the garden.

After wiping his hands clean and returning the handkerchief to the attendant, he casually sat on the stone stool and said to General Wu, "Military Governor Feng Ting had reported a few days ago that the frontier soldiers' armor is scarce, even to the point of falling apart. Send someone to deliver a hundred sets of armor there."

He continued instructing, "Losing the armor isn't a trivial matter," he quickly added, "send someone reliable, don't let it get lost."

"Your Highness..." General Wu hesitated, "the matter of transporting armor... I worry it might bring criticism. How about we send it privately?"

"Sending it privately, if discovered, will only make it harder to explain. Just send it normally."
