Bab 24: Chapter 24

A knock sounded, and Huo Jingting retracted his gaze, "Come in."

It was his assistant, Xu Shuo, who came over and placed the items in his hand in front of him, "Vice President, this is the bidding proposal and the starting price given by Gu Group. Would you like to take a look?"

Huo Jingting just glanced down without opening it, "Is Gu Group the highest in the starting bid?"

"No." Xu Shuo shook his head, "The highest is Lin Group; Gu Group is second. However, I think Gu Group's proposal is better than Lin's, reportedly personally made by President Gu."

Upon hearing that, a meaningful light flashed in Huo Jingting's eyes.

He opened the bidding book on the table and briefly went through it. After finishing, he issued an order, "Go inform the bidding department to announce the selection of Gu Group."

"Yes." Xu Shuo responded and then turned to leave.
