Ariel was sitting in the car with Mr. Dee, heading to the hospital.

She had left Aiden in the company of Moon, not voluntarily but because Aiden promised that everything was alright new them.

After a lengthy discussion with her grandpa, they got to know each other better, and Ariel Jad told him everything about her and her mother, including how she had died.

Mr. Dee was sitting beside Ariel in his club downstairs; the place was still a little bit quiet, so they could easily talk without the loud music in the background. "I apologize again for being absent in your life. This is all my fault; if I had been a present Father, my wife wouldn't have died, and my daughter wouldn't have married that incompetent fool..." Mr. Dee placed his hand on Ariel's hand, looking at her with remorseful eyes.

"And, you, my granddaughter, you wouldn't have faced all those horrible things; trust me, I'll make him pay for every single pain he's cost you," He swore.
