The plan is now at a critical juncture, so I urge you, Madam, to return to Mondstadt to avert any unforeseen complications.

After sealing the letter and tying it to the pigeon's leg, Anastasia opened the window and released the bird. If all went according to plan, she would receive the lady's next order by morning.
Or at least, that was the hope.
Just as the carrier pigeon had flown a short distance into the sky, a flash of purple lightning approached from behind. Before Anastasia could react, the lightning transformed into a striking girl in a kimono with long purple hair. The pigeon, now caught in the girl's delicate hand, flapped its wings desperately.
"Hey, a carrier pigeon. Let me see what's written on it."
Tsumugi Kujo noticed the letter attached to the pigeon's leg and removed it. With a burst of lightning energy from her palm, the pigeon was struck, becoming motionless and emitting a tempting aroma.
"Electric roasted pigeon, care to try?"
Tsumugi tossed the now lifeless pigeon back into the room. Anastasia's face darkened with anger.
"I advise you not to search for your Mist Lantern. I can assure you, I'll eliminate you before that happens." Tsumugi Kujo floated into the room through the window, settling beside the bed as she examined the letter. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Everything seems to be going smoothly. What's this plan? Are you aiming to steal the Sky Harp or snatch the Heart of the Wind God?"
"What—how do you know..."
"Enough explanations," Tsumugi said, waving the letter. "I'm here to propose a business deal. This is my show of sincerity."
Tsumugi handed the letter to Anastasia, who caught it with steady hands. This letter, revealing the Fatui's plans in Mondstadt, could be used as leverage to expel the Fatui delegation if given to Captain Jean. If it didn't entirely thwart the Fatui's scheme, it would certainly hinder it. By returning the letter, Tsumugi demonstrated her sincerity.
"What business do you want to discuss?" Anastasia asked coldly.
"It's simple—a trade for information." Tsumugi spread her hands. "I know the identity of the Wind God, Barbatos, in the mortal world, and I'm willing to share it for 50 million Mora."
As the saying goes, one should be generous in dealing with allies but not so kind with enemies. While Tsumugi would show respect to Captain Jean, she had no such intention with the Fatui.
"Is what you say true?" Anastasia asked, her curiosity piqued.
"Of course, I guarantee the information's accuracy. But the price is 50 million Mora, not a single Mora less. Pay first, and I'll provide the information afterward."
"This…" Anastasia hesitated. Fifty million Mora was a significant amount. If Tsumugi deceived her and vanished, the lady's wrath would be inevitable.
Yet, the chance to acquire information about the Wind God for just 50 million Mora was tempting. It could even secure an Evil Eye for her.
The Kingdom of Winter values power, and Anastasia's drive for it is almost pathological. Despite her limited talent, this information could elevate her status considerably.
But... it's a gamble.
Anastasia's internal conflict was intense, but her desire for power won out.
"Alright, I agree." Anastasia retrieved a check for 50 million Mora from her desk drawer and handed it to Tsumugi. "You can exchange this at the North Country Bank."
"Accepted."
Tsumugi took the check, verified it was indeed for 50 million Mora, and put it away.
"Barbatos, the Wind God, is known as a young man named Venti, who claims to be the best bard on the continent. If he's in Mondstadt, he'll likely perform at the Wind God statue or under the great oak in Windrise. He frequents the Angel's Gift tavern, but I don't know his exact whereabouts at the moment."
Tsumugi paused, then added, "Barbatos usually appears quite nonchalant. You might even question if he really is the Wind God."
"With the dragon plague in Mondstadt, Barbatos is likely investigating it. You might spot him at the city gate: look for a bard in a green cloak and hat."

"Who are you?"

"I'm from Inazuma, the second daughter of the Kujo family. If you need to contact me, use letters. Otherwise, I won't provide any more information."
Tsumugi smiled slightly, then spread her wings and soared into the sky. She preferred to avoid a direct confrontation with the Fatui's executive officer. Despite her abilities, she knew she was outmatched compared to the executive officers who wielded significant power from the Ice God. Currently, even her sister Kujo Sara was stronger. Facing the Fatui's executive officer head-on would be futile.
Fortunately, Tsumugi now has a way to quickly increase her strength.
