Bab 23: Endure
*Ellora's point of view*
Today is my graduation day, I can finally go to high school tomorrow.
And again, I still hold the first place of the junior high school level, although the exam was not as difficult as I imagined.
Then today my cute little brother Arche Midas also graduated from elementary school, it's a pity that we can't go to the same school anymore, but it's okay, there's Celia to look after him after all.
Hehe, I was surprised when Celia came to see me to ask for advice and approval to date my cute Arche.

I'm currently gathering with the kids in my class to celebrate my graduation with my classmates, actually I want to go home immediately and hug Arche for his graduation gift but because everyone in my class insists on celebrating together so I'm forced to come too.
"So, where are we going to celebrate this graduation?" said my classmate.
"Hmm, how about going to the beach?" replied another kid.
"That's good, we should go by bus then."
"Alright, I'll go ask our homeroom teacher first."
Then while I was watching the classmates discussing how to celebrate this graduation, a boy who I remember was from another class but often visited my class, I don't know his name.
"Ellora! Do you want to go to the beach with me later?"
Again, it's already the number of times a boy has asked me to go celebrate graduation together today.
I'm pretty tired of responding to all of this, why is there no end to it.
"Ellora is too high for you, isn't she El? Go away already," my friend replied to the boy while shooing him away.
"Eeeeh, no way," the boy replied disappointedly.
"Thanks, Emi," I replied.
"It's okay, you're also popular in this school, after all you're too kind to them, when you could just reject them all but instead you give them vague answers by telling them to wait or something," she continued.
"Eh? Is that not allowed? I don't want to hurt their feelings anyway," I replied.
"Because of your personality, you keep getting hassled by boys, right? They keep confessing their feelings to you."
" I just don't know how to deal with them."
"Just refuse firmly, you have to be a strict woman Ellora!" she replied excitedly.

What Emi said is true, I can't delay the answer to the feelings of the boy who has expressed his feelings for me.

"Ellora Evernoir! Where's Ellora Evernoir?" someone shouted.
A teacher shouted my name, what happened? The teacher's face looked very worried.

I saw the other kids looking up at me from below, but I didn't care, I had to hurry, I had to get to Lily right now.
I don't care about any help from this school, I have to go home right now and see mom and dad there.
Lily! I'm so worried about Lily, is she hurt? I hope she is okay.
Lily is a spoiled child she always cries, and now the child is an orphan, Arche disappeared and now it's just me alone to take care of Lily.
I'm sure Lily is crying in there right now, I need to calm her down right away.
It wasn't long before I finally saw a crowd of people gathered at a house that I knew very well, it was my usually quiet house.
When I arrived near my house, several police cars were parked there with many policemen guarding the place, then there was a police line too, of course there were many policemen here, I had expected it too.
I ignored them and descended right in front of the police line, a few policemen were surprised to suddenly see me appear from the sky but I ignored them.
"What, a wizard? At this young age?" one of the policemen said.
"Did she just come down from the sky?" said another policeman.
"Oi young lady stop right there, this is a police line, no unauthorized persons allowed!" said the policeman who suddenly blocked my way.
"Move aside, this is my house," I retorted.
"Your house? What does that mean?"
"Like I said, move aside."
"Still, I can't let-"
"Move!" I snapped.
The policeman then fell silent for a moment and I just walked past him, I didn't care about anything other than my family right now.
It's so noisy, the sound of police sirens, whispering neighbors and the shouts of the policemen are very disturbing, usually this area is always quiet but why is it so crowded today? I hate this
all of it.

"Wall"
I cast a transparent wall spell 10 meters high around my house, I saw some people knocking on this spell, but now thanks to that everything feels a bit calm.
I don't want to be disturbed by anyone right now.
When I walked in, I saw that the living room was as clean as ever, Echo must be taking her chores seriously, although she does take them seriously every day.

It looks like the police investigation team hasn't arrived yet to check it out, I'm lucky I arrived before them.

My eyes caught on the figure of a woman who seemed to be sleeping at the dining room table, and a cake in front of her with Arche's name written on it.
Suddenly my heart was beating very fast, my breathing became irregular, I could feel my goosebumps and cold sweat wouldn't stop running down my forehead.
I don't want to think about this, but I hope all my thoughts are wrong.

My body didn't stop shaking, my breathing became heavier as I walked towards the figure, I didn't want to do this, I didn't want to see her but my instinct told me otherwise.
I grabbed my mom's shoulder, it felt so cold and a few flies had already landed on her head.

I gently lifted her shoulders and leaned her on the chair, then suddenly my legs became weak and I collapsed to the floor, unconsciously my hand touched the liquid that had been stagnant there since before, it had hardened a little and felt very cold.

Why did she have to be treated so cruelly like this? What did she do to deserve this?
After that I saw the pieces of a person's body just lying under the table, but with a full police uniform still attached to the body.
Even though his body had been dismembered, I could still recognize him, it was my father.
Seeing that I suddenly felt my cheeks wet, I think I was crying, I haven't felt this sensation in a long time.
When was the last time I cried?

Those are Arche's friends Fenris, Enigma and Celia, are they worried about Arche?

"Why are you at the police station?" I asked.
"We've heard everything from the police," replied Fenris.
"We're sorry about what happened to you, we'll help you as much as we can," said Enigma.
And I saw Celia's face was about to cry, this child was so kind she even cried for Arche.
"Sister hwaaaaaaaahhh."
As if she couldn't hold back her tears, she hugged me while crying so hard, for some reason I wanted to cry too, but I promised to be a strong girl.
"Yosh yosh, thank you everyone I appreciate your good intentions but I'm fine now," I replied while stroking Celia's head who was hugging me.
"Are you leaving too?" Celia said pleadingly.
I can't answer that right now, I'm sorry Celia, I know you must be really worried about Arche, but I'm sure he'll be fine.
"Alright, let's go into the office and see Lily," I replied.
They nodded and followed me into the office that the police had pointed out.
When we got there, I saw Lily who was fast asleep on the sofa and there was someone next to her who seemed to be looking after Lily.
"Excuse me, thank you very much for looking after my sister, my name is Ellora Evernoir, I am her sister," I greeted as I entered the room.
The person looked very big, I could tell from his posture alone when he was sitting, was he the person who wanted to meet me from the Royal Capital?
"Ah, you've finally arrived, Ellora I've been waiting for you," he said.
I was right, this person is very tall and has a large body similar to a trained knight, it seems like he is an important person here.
