MILES

Axelle has been in the operating room for over nine hours, while her funeral is being held; yes, you heard me, her funeral. Her family is having whatever burnt body they planted in the condo buried tonight.

"she is going to hate her face." Jay mumbled beside me as he glared at the operating room doors. "the damage to her face is really bad, and I am sure it is going to scar really bad."

I am more concerned with her getting out of this alive. "Let's think about that later."

The door opened and Dr. Krendshell walked out. He pulled off his apron. "Miles, what is going on? That woman has been pronounced dead all over the media"

Dr. Krendshell is a friend of my father who took me in after my father died. It is safe to say that he is a father figure to me but then I kept our relationship a secret for the sake of his safety and that of his family.
