A few days later, the moonlight cast a soft glow through the window of Logan's house. Inside, Logan stood by the crib, watching his daughter, Hope, sleep peacefully. Her tiny chest rose and fell with each breath, a sight that filled him with a rare sense of calm.
But that peace was interrupted as Logan sensed someone near the house. He glanced toward the window and saw who it was, Tom, the Zeta who had been with him for years.
Logan gestured for silence, and Tom quietly stayed outside.
Logan followed him out of the house, closing the door behind them.
Once they were some distance from the house, Logan crossed his arms and looked at Tom with his brow furrowed.
"What's the matter?" Logan asked with in low voice.
Tom shifted uneasily. "There's been a situation. Someone broke into our town."
Logan raised an eyebrow but remained calm. "Just handle it like usual."
Tom hesitated, clearly unsure how to proceed. "She's... different. We've checked her memory and taken care of her hidden tech that might contain the info about our town, but she's not backing down. She says she'll find us no matter what even after we wipe her memory clean."
Logan's interest piqued. It wasn't often someone proved this stubborn. "You're telling me even after we've erased everything and she still wants to get back on us?"
Tom nodded. "She's relentless. I've never seen anyone with that much determination in their eyes. She's determined to uncover what happened to Whitehaven, no matter the cost."
Logan exhaled slowly. "Alright. Take me to her."
Before leaving, Logan sent a message to Emily, telling her to keep an eye on Laura and Hope while he was gone. Both were asleep, and he didn't want to disturb them.
Emily who has been cleaning the dishes sighed when she saw the message, mentally preparing herself for what might come next. Taking care of Laura and Hope wasn't easy. "Here we go again," she muttered, resigned to the long days ahead.
Logan placed a hand on Tom's shoulder, and with a single thought, the two of them vanished into the night.

**Location: Mystic falls, outside of town**
Logan and Tom appeared in front of a small, unassuming building hidden deep in the woods.
The structure was built into the side of a hill, blending so well with its surroundings that it was nearly invisible to anyone who didn't know where to look.
Despite its appearance, this was one of Logan's most secure interrogation facilities—a place where he could handle delicate situations without interference.
They walked through the heavy steel door and into a dimly lit hallway.
The walls were lined with reinforced glass, and behind one of these panes sat Daisy Johnson. She was in a small, clean cell equipped with only the essentials: a metal bed, a sink, a bathroom and a chair. Hank had designed the space himself, ensuring it would be impossible to escape.
He glanced at her through the glass before stepping inside.
Daisy sat on the bed, her arms crossed defiantly. Even though she was young, her determination was evident in the way she carried herself, her eyes sharp with resolve.
Logan felt a strange sense of familiarity as he walked in, but he couldn't place it immediately. He sat down across from her, his imposing figure filling the room.
The conversation started slowly, both of them feeling each other out, but it wasn't long before Logan pieced together who she was.
"You're Daisy Johnson, right?" Logan said, leaning back in his chair.
"I go by Skye for now. I guess you are the leader judging by how that guy treats you." she looked at Tom who is maintaining a poker face.
Logan nodded. "I am the leader, but you're a lot younger than I expected."
"Age doesn't change what I'm here for," Daisy replied, her voice firm. "I came to find out the truth about this town and the mysterious disappearance of whitehaven. People have the right to know what's going on."
Logan let out a chuckle, the sound deep and rough. "And what would you do with that truth, Skye? Spread it to the world? Cause a panic?"
"They deserve to know," she insisted. "You can't just hide things like this. You're afraid of what might happen, aren't you? Afraid people will react the same way they do with mutants—scared, angry, ready to fight."
Logan's chuckle turned into a dark, almost predatory grin.
His eyes flashed red for a brief moment as he leaned forward, his voice low and dangerous. "You think this is about fear? About hiding from humans? You don't get it, kid. It's not for our sake. It's for theirs."
Daisy frowned, not understanding. "What are you talking about?"
Logan's eyes glowed red again as he continued, his tone become deadly serious. "If humans ever truly threatened my family... there wouldn't be any humans left. You can take that as a fact. I've seen enough wars and destruction to know how far things can go, and trust me, I'm more than capable of doing that."
A cold shiver ran down Daisy's spine. She had been in dangerous situations before, but something about the way Logan spoke—the absolute certainty in his voice—made her realize he wasn't bluffing.
He could destroy everything if he wanted to. And it wasn't just a threat; it was a promise.
She stayed silent for a moment, processing the weight of his words.
Logan, sensing her fear, softened his tone. "I'm giving you two options, Skye. You can either join us, become part of something bigger, or I'll wipe your memories clean and send you on your way.
You won't remember any of this—won't remember anything about who you even are and trust me even if you came here looking for answers we'll do the same thing over and over again.
So, what's it gonna be, Skye."
Daisy clenched her fists. "I need time to think."
"You've got one hour," Logan said, standing up. "That's all I'm giving you."
With that, Logan left the room, leaving Daisy alone with her thoughts. The weight of the decision pressed down on her, her mind racing.
She knew Logan wasn't someone to be taken lightly, but the idea of joining him—joining whatever this was—terrified her almost as much as the idea of losing her memories. Could she really just walk away from this without ever knowing the truth?
One hour passed in what felt like an instant. Logan returned, his expression calm, but his eyes were as sharp as ever.
"Well?" he asked, his voice steady. "What's it going to be?"
Daisy took a deep breath, her mind made up. "I'll join you."
Logan nodded approvingly. Without another word, he extended his hand, and she took it.
In an instant, he took her hand and bite it.
Daisy felt a surge of power ripple through her body as Logan's Alpha bite transformed her. The pain was brief, but intense, as her senses sharpened, her strength growing beyond anything she had imagined.
As she opened her eyes which are glowing yellow, she felt different—stronger. And she knew there was no turning back.
"Welcome to the pack, Skye. Tom here would tell you about everything you want to know and will also ensure you're well treated."
He gestured Tom who came to the room.
Daisy knows there's no going back and embraced her new life.

A few days later, Hank being Hank, always the curious scientist, had this sneaky little idea after snagging a strand of Selene's hair back during the meeting about Hope.
You know, just a casual DNA test. Nothing weird, right? Well, turns out, Selene is a mutant.
One day, Hank decides to bring it up. He's sitting there, all proud of his discovery, and casually mentions, "Hey, Selene, did you know you're a mutant?" He's expecting some kind of surprised reaction, but nope, Selene doesn't even bat an eye. She's just like, "Yeah, and?"
Hank stutters a little, "Well, I mean, that's kind of a big deal."
Selene shrugs, totally unfazed, "It doesn't change anything, Hank. I'm still me—just a really old me." She gives him one of those mysterious, ancient-being smirks.
Hank, looking slightly confused, presses, "But you're basically one of us. Like, how I'm a werewolf who had mutation and all that."
Selene just waves her hand dismissively, "Hank, darling, I've lived for millennia. Mutant or not, I am what I am. Now, if that's all?" She gives him a knowing look, like, "You really thought this would phase me?"
Poor Hank, trying to wrap his head around it, just nods and decides to let it go.
He realizes that Selene being a mutant wasn't as groundbreaking as he thought. But hey, it's Hank—he had to at least try to get a rise out of her!
Her being a mutant didn't change what she was—ancient, powerful, and loyal to Logan. Despite Hank's fascination, Selene remained focused on her duties and the ever-expanding empire Logan had built.
Years had flown by since Daisy's arrival, and Daisy had integrated well into the pack.
She and Ben had become almost inseparable, their bond growing stronger with each passing day. They were often seen together, their shared determination and playful banter bringing light to the pack's daily routines.
Hope, now nine years old, had become the center of Logan's world.
They were nearly inseparable, spending days and nights together, playing, watching cartoons, and even diving into Logan's favorite anime.
Logan often shared stories with her—stories from worlds and timelines that had yet to be published by the industries he controlled.
His film and anime empire had exploded in popularity, with projects that drew inspiration from both his past life and his experiences in this new world.
Jean and Laura, however, often found themselves shaking their heads at the antics of Logan and Hope. To them, it felt like there were two kids in the house instead of one, as Logan eagerly embraced Hope's playful spirit. They tried to establish some structure—bedtimes, less screen time—but they soon gave up. Both Hope and Logan had far too much energy to contain.
One evening, Logan and Hope found themselves in the mirror dimension, a space Emily had opened for them at Logan's request. Hope was bouncing around excitedly, her eyes wide with anticipation.
"Come on, Daddy! I want to see it!" she exclaimed, her voice full of excitement.
Logan grinned at her, floating a few feet off the ground. "Alright, kiddo. Watch closely."
He stood in the air, his hands coming together in front of him to form a familiar circle.
"Ka... Me..." Logan then placed his hands near his waist, as a glowing blue energy ball slowly formed between his palms.
Hope squealed in delight, her eyes fixed on the growing ball of energy.
"Ha... Me..." Logan continued, the light intensifying with every syllable.
The glow from the energy ball illuminated the dimension, casting shadows and causing the air to hum with power.
"Haaaa..."
With a final burst, Logan extended his hands, firing a powerful Kamehameha that soared across the empty space of the mirror dimension.
It collided with the dimension wall, erupting into a massive explosion. The shockwave rippled outward, causing Emily to quickly throw up a protective shield around Hope.
As the dust settled and the energy dissipated, Hope leaped into Logan's arms. "That was awesome, Daddy! Can you show me more moves from other anime and films?"
Logan chuckled, ruffling her hair. "Alright, kiddo."
But before he could promise more, he froze, sensing something behind him.
Cough... Cough...
Logan and Hope turned to see Jean and Laura standing with their arms crossed, both wearing stern expressions. Laura raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at the corner of her mouth.
"Playtime's over, children," Laura said with a hint of amusement in her voice.
Logan and Hope sighed in unison, clearly caught in the act.
Jean's eyes glowed faintly with red flame as she floated a few inches off the ground. "Logan, don't tell me you forgot about our date."
Logan let out a nervous laugh, rubbing the back of his neck. "Of course not! Hope wanted to see some cool moves, that's all." He turned to Hope, looking for backup. "Right, Hope?"
But to his surprise, Hope had already dashed through the portal that Laura had opened, waving back with her tongue stuck out. "Bye, Daddy!" she called, giggling as she escaped with Laura and Emily.
Logan sighed internally 'Traitor.'
Before he could say anything else, Jean floated closer, her fiery gaze locking onto him. "Logan..." she said, her voice dripping with warning.
Logan gulped. As powerful as he was—an Alpha werewolf with the strength to rival gods—he knew the truth. No matter how mighty a man became, his wife would always have the upper hand.
"I'll make it up to you," Logan said with a sheepish grin.
Jean's eyes continued to glow, but a smirk finally broke across her face. "Oh, you will."
