"What are you doing?"
Despite the massive attack, there was no disturbance in the mental space of the two men. Just like when a stone is thrown into water, you can see the ripples on the surface but you can't sense where the stone is going.
"Could it be? That's not possible!"
The stellaron turned its perspective to the external real world, and the scene before it was incomprehensible.
Orion, who had been sitting upright in the snowy field, had completely disappeared. His body, like a stone thrown into water, was entirely annihilated.
In the snowy field, where the cold wind howled, only a single badge fell to the ground. The wind couldn't move it, and it stood there like the tough, immovable gears on the badge.
"Did he kill himself? No, there must be a reason."
There was no time to ponder this mystery. He returned to the spiritual world, but Orion's behavior and methods made the stelleron uneasy.
In the spiritual world, the laws of everything were under the stelleron's control. As long as he desired, he could definitely find traces of Orion.
"I can't find him. It's impossible! Why can't I find him?"
No, the situation in the spiritual world was the same as in reality—Orion's mental presence had also vanished.
Things were slipping out of control, and the stelleron couldn't maintain his previous composure. When the laws defied his will, it was something he couldn't understand.
He couldn't comprehend why Orion, who had struggled with him for so long, would do something so absurd.
But soon, the stelleron would pay the price for his actions.
"My hand? It's twisted!"
The stellaron existed in the form of Orion's body, and the hands of this body were twisting irregularly, like a reflection in a distorted mirror. Not just the hands, but the feet, the entire body, the light, and even the whole world were twisting.
"What is happening?"
The stelleron couldn't understand what was unfolding before him. There was no way the world he controlled could be out of his control, unless...
"Look up at the sky, fool," Orion's voice echoed in the stellaron's world.
The stelleron looked up, and at some point, a black void had appeared along side a starry sky above his head.
In the starry sky, an incredibly powerful black spot stood at the center—black, pure black, a black that swallowed everything.
A black hole. The light in the universe was distorted by it, forming a crown around the black hole, creating a strange spectacle.
The black hole shouldn't have appeared this way, but in the spiritual world, anything was possible.
"This power! How?"
At the moment when Orion's physical body was annihilated, the true power hidden in his consciousness was revealed.
"So, this is what death feels like."
Orion looked at his scattered form. His skin and flesh dissipated into the air like water. His solid bones crumbled like dust. The white fragments floated away, turning into smaller particles, and then vanished completely.
The winding brain, the last weak nerve still sending survival signals, was helplessly crushed by gravity, unable to convey the message.
At this point, Orion was completely dead from a biological standpoint. In the spiritual realm, entrenched in the mirror space, the fragment representing the memory of Remembrance Aeon Fuli, for the first time, exploded with the powerful energy belonging to an Aeon.
It was as if he had been freed from some kind of burden. Orion's physical body dissipated, but his spiritual power expanded countless times, like water droplets merging into the sea or birds soaring into the sky.
Orion's life up to this point unfolded before his eyes like a scroll of pictures. Every day from birth to now, every smile, joy, pain, and all kinds of memories of the people around him came to mind.
"Strong! Indescribably strong!" The feeling of fullness from the depths of his soul washed over every "cell" of Orion's will.
The sensation of extreme pleasure made Orion feel like he was on the brink of climax. When he clasped his hands together, it felt like he could pluck the stars from the sky, and when he swung a punch, it felt like he could blow up the boundless universe.
"Huff, huff—" After calming down, Orion knew this was an illusion caused by his explosive mental power. A strong spirit wouldn't control the real world like a dream, nor could it destroy everything like a fantasy.
"It's time to settle the score." His eyes turned into eternal black ice, and Orion wanted to make the stelleron pay the price.
"No, it's not possible!" The stelleron's face twisted in horror, or rather, the shape he fabricated no longer resembled a "face" at all.
The black hole in front of them, just like a real black hole, was swallowing everything in the spiritual world. Infinite mass merged into it. The gravity of the black hole was gradually expanding, transforming into a real black hole.
"In that case..." The stellaron that looked like "Orion" dissipated instantly, turning into nothingness.
After the body collapsed, the space where the stellaron was located turned into a white ice and snow, competing with Orion's cosmic area.
One "black" and the other "white," endlessly devouring each other in the space, forming an almost infinite cycle. At first, black could almost engulf all white, and white could only survive by tearing off a little bit of mental power from black, fleeing.
However, over time, the lone yin does not grow, and the lone yang does not flourish. Between decline and rise, the white represented by the stellaron continued to grow, reaching a level that could compete with Orion. After all, this was the stellaron's home field. As an intruder, it was incredible that Orion could confront the stellaron to such an extent as a "human."
"Bang!" Although there is a vacuum in the universe and sound cannot be transmitted, in this spiritual world where physical laws have lost their power, sound became the embodiment of their wills.
Colliding again, the black and white particles retreated, each turning back into a human form, seemingly catching their breath. Orion reverted to his original form, while the stelleron, losing its playful demeanor, became a faceless humanoid whose appearance was indiscernible.
Seeing the serious expression on Orion's face, it was clear that things were not simple.
"Heh, I really didn't expect things to turn out like this." Even though the stelleron had no facial features, a sense of "smile" could be felt from his expression. From being at an absolute disadvantage to an equal match, the power of the stellaron had increased.
"After all, people will get tired, but I never will."
Yes, Orion's mental power was boosted to an exaggerated level. Not every part of the overflowing power was controlled by Orion. With no time to carefully absorb it or practice it, Orion could only use all this new strength on a basic level to fight the stellaron.
In the realm of the stellaron, some of his power was actually absorbed by it, creating this situation. The overwhelming spiritual power surged like a tidal wave, coming in and dissipating just as quickly.
Even so, Orion's spiritual power, which had been as weak as dust and bound by the body, had now jumped to a level that could rival a "planet-level" existence like the stelleron.
"If I could return to reality, I might even play the role of a psychic," Orion thought.
Thinking about these unrealistic possibilities, Orion remained calm and unafraid, his emotions steady.
"Maybe I can do anything now."
Ideas surfaced in Orion's mind, and with the power of his thoughts, a new strength emerged within him. The stelleron looked at the man in front of it, and a milky-white rod appeared in his hand, with two wing-shaped designs on the top.
A smile crossed Orion's face. He raised the object high and did something he had wanted to do since he was a child.
"Transformation! Giant of Light!"
The object in Orion's hand was the legendary Divine Light Rod. In the spiritual space, anything you imagine can become reality.
Endless light surrounded Orion, turning him into a gaint.
