Bab 48: Unexpected

In the end, only a few tribal warriors remained, and they decided to flee. I still had two Thunderbolt charges left, but they weren't necessary.

As the remaining warriors disappeared into the forest, and the battle was won, the soldiers beside me exclaimed, "That was amazing! How did you do that?"

"It's a secret," I replied with a smirk. "Now, one of you stay here to make sure they don't return. Keep the gate closed and stay in the tower, that will ensure your safety."

The soldiers trusted me now, so one of them immediately volunteered to stay. Of course, they also wanted the chance to remain there and guarantee their survival.

I left the gate and headed towards the main part of the village where all the other soldiers were engaged in combat. The moment I arrived, the battle was raging!
