Lily's POV:

Wow, this was even better than I had imagined. There was something so deliciously satisfying about watching everyone rally around Leila, showering her with love and support for her decision to keep the baby. They thought she was stepping into the role of a perfect mother, that she was ready to embrace this new life with open arms. Little did they know, I was about to turn their world upside down, and all it would take was a slip of wolfbane in Leila's drink.

As I sat at the edge of the kitchen, feigning enthusiasm, I couldn't help but chuckle internally at how easy it would be to manipulate this situation. Everyone was so caught up in the celebrations, so willing to believe the best in Leila. They trusted her completely, and that trust would make my plan all the more effective.
