Bab 67: Take Me

Sophia whimpered into his mouth as Ronan's lips crashed against hers in a searing kiss, his tongue delving into her mouth hungrily. His mate melted into his embrace, her hands sliding up his chest and tangling in his hair.

Ronan was not making up story to get into her pants. He didn't have to since he already had his claims on her.

As Ronan kissed her, he recalled how the heat had receded from his body this morning. After a night of making love with her, he woke up feeling surprised. The intense, almost unbearable heat he often felt seemed to have dissipated, replaced by a calm, soothing coolness that spread through him.

Lying next to Sophia, he had noticed how the usual fiery restlessness had eased. His skin, which usually felt like it was always burning, now felt pleasantly warm rather than scalding.
