After the stick pierced the fish head, it continued until the bottom of the river, while the corpse floated on the top with the blood spreading around.
I immerge myself more and swim towards the fish, swimming feels amazing and it's so easy with this body's hand, mind and eye coordination.
I reached the corpse in seconds and grabbed it, feeling the weight of the meat on my hand, it about five kilos, good.
The moment i came near the fish a small panel appeared with a simple question.
Convert into food?

With the Biwu behind me and this, my ipotesis becomes more correct.
I select yes and the fish corpse on my hand disappears and reappears on my inventory, i summon it on my hand and look at the raw fish meat.
Just like the game.
This means that i can have the corpse and prepare it myself, or let the system do the dirty work, the meat is clean and devoid of bones, only the good part of the fish remained with a weight of 3 kilos.
I like it.
"Bruuurr~" i heard a prurr behind me and turn my head, and there it is, the Biwu swimming on the water near me with it's puppy eyes looking at the fish meat.
I look at it and then at the fish, i narrow my eyes and pat the creature on the head gently, it doesn't fight and let itself get patted.
"Hmm.." this Biwu is big as a cat but the appearance is that of a light blue fox with two tails, the whiskers are white like the belly with the blue furr glowing a little.
I store the meat on the inventory and say to it's disappointed face: "Wait, i will catch more." My words were understood by the sign that it didn't show a sad expression anymore.
I grab the biwu and raised it, to see it's sex, and i se a small penis, so a male.
I nod and place him back while he looks at me with a confused face: "Bru?~" i shook my head and respond: "Nothing i wanted to confirm something." He nods and i summerge myself on the water.
Swimming downwards towards the wooden stick, while taking a good sip of water to placate my thirst.
After taking the stick i immediately swim back upwards to take a breath, after i was done i stored the stick on the inventory, soon after i swimmed towards the other fishes.
So for the next minutes i killed three more since they are pretty fast on water.

I'm currently cooking the fishes with a improvised fire that i made with sticks and dry leaves, something that it's not possible on the game but here it is, i look at the Biwu while he is devouring the meat with a fervent expression.
This must be his fist time eating cooked food, I can't blame him, this fish is good as fuck!
"So, can you talk?" I asked him causing the biwu to stop and look at me, he shakes his head and immediately turns back to his treasure.
I nod and ask another question while taking a bite off the cooked meat, sadly i don't have some spices, I'm shaming my black heritage.
"Do you have a name?" He shakes his head, so i add: "I will give you one then." This makes him stop and then look at me in shock.
Hahh, don't tell me this is like the world of that femboy overpowered slime?
"What's with the shocked face? It's something important a name?" I ask with a joking tone but the biwu lowers the meat and looks at me in utter seriousness.
"Bru. Bruuusrr!" He declares with conviction but I didn't understand nothing, so i struggle and simply say: "I will call you Muwi." The moment the words exit my mouth i felt my body consumed a good portion of my stamina and some sort of energy separated from my body weakening me even further.
"Ugh" i frown while breathing deeply as if i just ran for hours, while the unknown energy enveloped the Biwu who has a shocked and stunned face.
The biwu begins to glow until the light became blinding.
Biiiiiiinnnggggg
A sound was heard as the light intensified momentarily until it lowered in intensity, disappearing soon after, leaving the Biwu there with a new appearance.
His size increased by two folds while the two tails became three, his light blue furr glowed with more vigor while his paws gained more definition and sharpness.
His face became more expressive too without losing the young side.
I look at Muwi with an impressed look while he looks at me strangely with a complicated gaze, his icon on the map changes from the vibrant green to a light blue.
I feel a new connection forming between us and a moment later he opens his mouth and says: "Brurr?!" But this time i understand what he is saying.
"Did you just did it?!" His words got translated by the connection between us.
I return to my normal state after a moment and look at him: "Man, what the fuck just happened?" I ask him wanting answers.
He scratches his tail and responds: "You just gave me a name." I stare him with a deadpan face: "Really? I didn't know man." He giggles while shaking his head.
"It's common knowledge, but it seems you are different from the normal humanoids." This piqued my interest but he continues without giving me time to ask more:
"When a person names a magical beast, he or she consumes their essence to grant the beast an evolution linked with the person essence."
I understand but Muwi continues: "In simple terms, i evolve and gain your attributes while you gain mines, now we are linked so if you die i die, and if i die you lose the connection since you gave me the name."
"You don't seem sad." I say and he smiles with an excited look: "How can i be sad when i have this." I raise my brow but then something interesting happens.
An inventory panel appears in front of him, with the meat that just disappeared.

Author notes:
I thought for a good portion of my time if i should do this, but after some thinking i decided to grant this Muwi only the basic functions of Minecraft.
An inventory with the armor slots and the ability to convert food.
Nothing else.
