Lumine arrived at the church entrance and noticed everyone holding their phones, immediately realizing what was happening. Damn Lin Feng, always stirring up trouble!
"Everyone, please be quiet! Miss Barbara is praying inside. Let's remain respectful and not disturb her peaceful life!" Lumine stood before the crowd, raising her voice.
"That's right! You know this is illegal, don't you? If you don't leave now, we'll call the Knights of Favonius!" Paimon chimed in, expressing clear disapproval on her face.
Albert stepped forward, scratching his head. "No need to involve the Knights, we were just here to sweep away the fallen leaves from the church entrance!"
"Hmm? Sweeping leaves? We already helped with that earlier today. Using the same excuse again?" Paimon glared angrily at Albert, implying dissatisfaction with their previous cleaning efforts.
"Oh, I forgot. I'll leave right away!" Embarrassed, Albert quickly departed.
Seeing their fervent fan leader depart, the rest of the crowd gradually dispersed as well.
"Traveler and Paimon, thank you so much!" Barbara expressed her gratitude, looking appreciatively at both of them.
"No need, it's alright!" Paimon hastily waved her hand and interrupted Lumine once again.
"Barbara, could you sing a song for us?" Lumine suddenly turned to Barbara and asked.
Paimon looked at Lumine with surprise, slightly annoyed, "Hey, Traveler, how could you? We just chased away those fans, and now you're asking this!"
"Paimon, didn't you want to hear her too? You even said you've never heard such beautiful singing before!" Lumine glanced at Paimon, sounding somewhat scornful.
Paimon scratched her head, giving an awkward smile, "Hehe, that was when Miss Barbara willingly sang for us on her own. But why bring it up now?"
Blushing, Barbara clutched the edge of her dress, "If the Traveler wishes to hear me sing, I'd be happy to perform!"
"Great! The Traveler really wants to listen!" Paimon quickly responded, causing Lumine's lips to twitch slightly - What kind of Emergency Food is she?!
The trio entered the church together. Barbara cleared her throat and began to sing:
"Dalara... Di-lara..."
Lumine's face lit up with enjoyment; no wonder she was Mondstadt's beloved idol—her voice truly sounded beautiful. Quickly, Lumine took out her phone and started recording audio. Seeing this, Paimon conjured her own phone from seemingly nowhere to film a video.
After what felt like ages, Barbara finally finished singing, looking bashfully at Lumine.
Paimon and Lumine promptly applauded, exclaiming simultaneously, "That was absolutely lovely!"
"Traveler, what is that device you're holding? I noticed many people outside had something similar." Barbara gazed curiously at Lumine's phone, seeking clarification.
"This, my dear, is a smartphone!" Paimon swiftly flew next to Barbara, captivated by the delightful scent emanating from her, which she found utterly enchanting.
"It has numerous uses, acting as both a Kamera for capturing moving images and a phonograph for recording sounds. Just now, the Traveler was preserving your voice using it," Paimon pointed at Lumine, betraying her without hesitation.
Blushing slightly, Barbara lowered her head and asked Lumine softly, "Traveler, could you please let me listen to the recording you just made?"
Lumine glanced at her phone, smiled, and nodded affirmatively, saying, "Here you go!"
Barbara took the phone and pressed play. Soon, her singing filled the air from the device.
After listening, Barbara sounded slightly anxious, asking, "Traveler, is my voice truly like that?"
She couldn't help but doubt it; the voice she heard daily didn't sound anything like this at all.
Paimon and Lumine both nodded affirmatively. Lumine, with a serious expression, reassured Barbara, "Yes, it's exactly like that!"
Barbara returned the phone to Lumine, her face full of surprise. It dawned on her that the voice she had always thought was hers was indeed different.
If someone else were present, they might have attempted to explain the theory behind sound propagation. Unfortunately, as Barbara, a devout follower of the Anemo Archon, such explanations would likely fall on deaf ears.
The Traveler and Paimon bid farewell to Barbara, who now showed keen interest in the smartphone. If placed within the church, it could allow prayers to the Anemo Archon even when she wasn't physically present.
As Victoria reached the bridge with Timmie leading the way, she noticed several individuals still purchasing phones from Lin Feng nearby.
"Aunt Victoria, he bullied me, sniffle..." Timmie pretended to wipe away tears, pointing dramatically at Lin Feng with apparent distress.
"Sir, why would you bully Timmie? He's just a child!" Victoria spoke calmly, but her words infuriated Lin Feng.
The "he's just a child" excuse immediately put Lin Feng on edge. With a mocking gaze, he retorted to Sister Victoria, "How have I bullied him? Does being a child give them the right to falsely accuse others? Did I hit or insult him?"
Victoria was left speechless. When she looked at Timmie, all he did was wipe his tears and continue crying. Seeing this, she realized that Timmie was likely lying.
"Timmie, tell Auntie, how did he bully you? Or could it be that you've mistaken someone else?" Victoria squatted down, her tone gentle and reassuring. If he weren't Sister Grace's son, she might not have been able to hold back her scolding!
Realizing he couldn't justify his claim, Timmie lowered his head and whispered softly, "I'm sorry, I...I mistook him for someone else!"
"Sir, my apologies. It seems children can sometimes have faulty memories!" Victoria gave an awkward smile as she apologized to Lin Feng, maintaining a friendly demeanor despite the situation.
"It's alright. In my opinion, children need more discipline; otherwise, they won't learn their lessons."
Lin Feng's anger subsided, primarily due to her comment resonating with him. With her now friendly demeanor, he couldn't hold onto his frustration any longer.
At that moment, Barbara approached, somewhat surprised, eyeing Lin Feng with curiosity at his peculiar hairstyle.
"Sister Victoria, what brings you here? Has someone been bullying Timmie again?" Naturally, Barbara recognized Timmie, as he often visited the church looking for his mother, frequently being bullied by others.
Victoria smiled awkwardly and said, "No, it was just a misunderstanding on Timmie's part!"
Remembering the purpose of her visit, Barbara nervously asked Lin Feng, "P-please... could you tell me if you're selling those cell phones?"
Barbara tended to feel anxious around strangers, except when dealing with her patients or close acquaintances.
"Yes, Miss Barbara, are you interested in buying one too?" Lin Feng smiled warmly and pulled out a pink cellphone, offering it to her.
"Th-thank you... How much is it in Mora?" Barbara took the phone, asking shyly.
"One thousand Mora!" Lin Feng smiled and held up one finger.
"Ah..." Feeling embarrassed, Barbara realized she hadn't brought that much Mora with her when she left home. Caught off guard by this predicament, she froze on the spot, her ears turning red.

Seeming to catch on, Lin Feng quickly grinned and said, "If Miss Barbara is willing to endorse this phone, I can give it to you for free!"
"Really...is that possible?" Intrigued, Barbara cautiously asked.
"Absolutely no problem!" Lin Feng snapped his fingers confidently.
"Miss Barbara, stand right here!" He directed her to a specific spot and began adjusting the camera angle with his phone.
"Hold the phone higher, Miss Barbara! Perfect, just like that!" Lin Feng nodded approvingly as he reviewed the image on his screen.
"All done, thank you, Miss Barbara!" Lin Feng smiled gratefully at her.
"That's...that's all it takes?" Barbara questioned, somewhat puzzled, given how brief the session was. She felt slightly uneasy, as if she were taking advantage of the situation.
Hearing her uncertainty, Lin Feng's interest piqued. Did he need to do something more extravagant? With that thought, a mischievous grin spread across his face. Feeling intimidated, Barbara instinctively shrank back, relieved only by the presence of two city guards behind her, preventing her from fleeing.
"How about this - let me capture one more advertisement with your help!" Lin Feng studied Barbara closely before suggesting.
"Advertisement?" Confused, Barbara thought of posters typically displayed at storefronts, offering various discounts—Rosaria loved jotting down those ads in her notebook.
"Yes, exactly! You just need to hold this phone and say a few lines!" Lin Feng nodded, explaining with ease.
Relieved, Barbara let out a sigh. Based on Lin Feng's earlier expression, she had feared something sinister was coming.
She struck a pose, showcasing a sweet smile. However, upon hearing the lines from Lin Feng, she found them difficult to utter.
"I'm Barbara, and if you're a true fan, buy the MiHoYo phone—quality guaranteed, trust assured!" Struggling, Barbara managed to complete the phrase, feeling utterly drained afterward.
Lin Feng beamed brightly. Regardless of other markets, this video ad alone would secure Mondstadt City for sure.
After Barbara left, the crowd purchasing phones dwindled. Looking up at the sky, he realized it was getting late—it was time to head back.
In truth, he now had enough money to stay within Mondstadt itself. But who could resist having a vengeful yet graceful roommate like Rosaria?
As Lin Feng gazed at the towering signal tower in Mondstadt, an idea suddenly struck him. With cellular coverage available, he could give Eula a call.
"System, what's Eula's phone number?" Lin Feng promptly asked.
"Ding, this information is confidential to the client, and I am not authorized to disclose it. However, you can unlock access by upgrading to a VIP user through recharge!" The system responded mechanically.
"Recharge, recharge!" Lin Feng waved his hand dismissively; this damn system was now playing along with role-playing games.
"Ding, charging you 500,000 Mora for this transaction. No invoice will be provided."
"Ding, VIP membership successfully activated. What services do you require?"
"You're robbing me! 500,000 Mora just to find a phone number? Do you take me for a fool?" Lin Feng questioned incredulously, astounded by the system's greediness.
"Oh no, wait - this feature is one-time activation with lifetime free usage."
In reality, the system had already gone offline, and Lin Feng was interacting with a randomly loaded customer service function. He discovered that Teyvat also had its own system called the "Fixed Refresh System," operated by a gentle female voice.
Seizing the opportunity, he immediately engaged her in conversation. Who knows, she might even help Lin Feng bypass some restrictions later on. Yes, that's how he justified his casual flirting as merely assisting him.
Finally, Lin Feng reached his breaking point with the robotic customer service, feeling like he was dealing with pure artificial stupidity. With no other choice, he reluctantly accepted his fate and managed to obtain Eula's phone number.
Lin Feng then dialed Eula using his MiHoYo phone, hoping she would know how to use it, despite not having taught her yet.
While clearing a Hilichurl camp, Eula suddenly felt her pocket vibrate. In that moment of distraction, an arrow grazed her arm, leaving a bloody trail.
Without hesitation, she rushed forward and dispatched the Hilichurl with a swift sword strike. Then, she retrieved her phone, noticing an unfamiliar number displayed alongside red and green options for decline or accept.
With some trepidation, she tapped 'accept,' quickly hearing a familiar voice from within:
"Hello... Hello, is Eula there? It's Lin Feng, please respond!"
Confused, Eula leaned closer to the device but saw nothing unusual. Tentatively, she asked, "Can you...hear me?"
"Yes, I can hear you, everything you say. This is called a telephone; it allows communication over long distances!" Sensing Eula's confusion, Lin Feng promptly explained.
"What do you want? Haven't you already left?" Eula's tone turned icy again, hinting at her usual aloofness.
"Oh, come on! You injured me, so now you have to take responsibility!" Lin Feng chuckled, sounding somewhat mischievous.
"Hmph, consider this grudge noted!" Eula's expression softened, though her voice remained cold. She opened the memo app, which Lin Feng had taught her how to use, and jotted down the incident.
"Date: Lin Feng tried to scam me!"
"Alright, but make sure you remember your responsibility - don't forget to take care of it! Oh, by the way, what would you like for dinner? I'll bring something from Good Hunter." Lin Feng asked with a grin.
Eula seemed pleased, as she usually needed Amber's assistance to purchase items in Mondstadt. Her cooking skills were developed out of necessity, just to ensure she had enough food.
"Just get me a steak, but don't think this will buy my favor!" Eula's lips curved slightly upward, feeling an inexplicable joy within her.
"Got it!" Lin Feng responded cheerfully. "I'll hang up now then. See you soon, bye!"
"Mm..." Eula acknowledged, and the phone emitted a series of beeps signaling the end of the call.
Facing the Hilichurl camp behind her, Eula took out a bone whistle and blew sharply.
"Huuuww..." A sound resembling crashing waves echoed, bringing Eula a sense of comfort and relaxation.
However, the Hilichurls didn't share her sentiment; they panicked, thinking a wave was approaching, and scrambled away from the coast. Especially the Pyro Slimes wished desperately for wings.
Meanwhile, the other Guerilla Knights were already positioned in their ambush spots, waiting for the monsters to fall into their trap.

Lin Feng picked up two packs of grilled meat from Good Hunter and left Mondstadt. Glancing at the signal tower, he wore a satisfied smile.
Fortunately, the system-provided map proved quite useful; he avoided any Hilichurl ambushes along the way. However, he did encounter a few Sunsettias, which he plucked and sampled cautiously.
Perhaps they weren't ripe yet, as they tasted slightly sour. He also didn't notice any increase in strength, confirming his suspicion that he wasn't the protagonist—strengthening oneself through eating Sunsettias seemed unlikely!
