"How am I supposed to cut through these dragons? Their scales are too tough," Zephorix muttered, frustrated.
"Master, pour your aura into me," Void Cleaver spoke in his mind.
"I already am!" Zephorix replied.
"Yes, but sharpen your aura this time," Void Cleaver instructed.
"Sharpen my aura?" Zephorix repeated to himself. Closing his eyes, he focused. Zephorix took deep, steady breaths, gripping the sword with both hands.
He imagined his aura as a sharp blade, visualizing it cutting through anything in its path.
As he did, thin smoke began to rise from his mouth.
Suddenly, a sharp flash of light flickered in his mind. His eyes snapped open, and with a quick movement, he unleashed a powerful slash aimed at the dragons.
The dragons, caught off guard, failed to dodge in time. The slash landed right across one dragon's chest, leaving a small but noticeable scratch.
"Ahh! You… you were able to cut me!" one dragon said, Chemira, growled in disbelief. "An ant like you scratched me—the Dragon said?!"
Zephorix, now grinning, said, "It's just a small scratch, but if I can scratch it, that means with more practice, I can cut through it completely." He readied his blade once more. "Void Cleaver, get ready."
"Yes, Master," the sword responded.
Zephorix poured his aura into the sword again, this time with more intensity, and began unleashing a flurry of slashes at the dragons.
They dodged as best they could, the air buzzing with the sound of the sharp energy cutting through it.
Just as the dragons thought they were evading the attack, Zephorix raised his hand and created multiple portals above them.
The slashes that missed were absorbed into the portals, only to emerge from new portals above and behind the dragons, catching them off guard.
"Again with those portals!" one dragon shouted, dodging desperately.
"This is endless! It's like the attacks are coming from everywhere!" another dragon roared in frustration.
Zephorix smirked as he created a new portal lower beneath the dragons, setting up a loop where the slashes continuously moved through the portals, coming from above, below, and every direction.
The dragons, overwhelmed, struggled to evade the relentless onslaught.
"Aahhh! How do we dodge this many attacks?!" one dragon screamed, panic clear in its voice.
Suddenly, several slashes found their mark. The first dragon was hit with multiple strikes, leaving deep gashes across its scales.
Soon, the second and third dragons were also struck, their bodies riddled with cuts as they fell from the sky.
The three dragons crashed to the ground with a thunderous explosion, dust clouds rising high into the air, marking their defeat.
