I got inside the inspectorate office, and the ladies saw me. They are currently reading some ledger.

Xi Hua and Cha Xu look at me from head to toe. "I feel like something was going on here. There's something in your aura, Lady Cai Lin," Lady Xi Hua says.

I frowned and looked at myself from head to toe. I don't understand her claim. I know that something is wrong with me, but what could that be?

"I don't understand what you are talking about, Lady Xi Hua," I simply replied. I hope they won't notice something.

"I also notice it. You look blooming, but there are worries written in your eyes. It's a bit conflicting," Lady Cha Xu says.

I tried to laugh as authentically as I could. "The two of you were making me think again. By the way, where's my cousin? I need to speak with her," I remarked.
