As Hyun Soo turned around, beginning to apologize, he said, "I'm sorry for what—" but was silenced by Min Jun's finger gently pressing against his lips. Min Jun stood a step above him, his eyes carried a deep warmth.
"You don't need to apologize for what they say," Min Jun said softly, lowering his finger. "So, don't say sorry to me," he added, descending the steps until he was on the same level as Hyun Soo.
Hyun Soo looked at him, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly. "What did Yejin want?" he asked, still curious about the earlier encounter.
"She wants you to attend some extra coaching classes," Min Jun replied. "Did she talk about the same thing this morning?"
"Yeah," Hyun Soo confirmed with a sigh. "My mom wants me to join these extra classes because Mrs. Jang suggested it. I refused because I prefer self-studying. I can't understand my parents sometimes," he muttered, frustration evident in his voice as he started walking down the corridor.
