"The President really made this?"

The Supervisor laughed at his expression. 

"Yes, he did! Weren't you the one who forwarded that document to us? We receive an email too, containing the same information."

Cole doubted that straight face president will be able to do this. But the document is brief and straightforward. Clearly reflecting Raven's domineering way of asking his people to make something for him. 

And what's different this time is a reward of 15,000. 

Cole then vaguely remembered hearing employees at the lobby complaining about Richard. 

Is this because the President is aware that the employees are also stressed about him so he have them create new character ideas to vent their complaints?
