Atlan expected that she would start interrogating him, but he didn't think that her first question would relate to Obek. 

"No. I don't know what happened to him."

He didn't even have to lie. He truly had no idea what happened to the arrogant young master after the race. 

Atlan thought that the guy was able to escape the Pocket Remedium because he was the one who knew the ins and outs of their Pocket Remedium the most. But from her questioning, it seemed that he ultimately got caught by the horde of Pseudo Canzers.

"Why? What happened to him?"

Pterina looked at Atlan's body and saw no obvious change in his breathing and blood flow. He wasn't lying.

Sigh. "He lost most of his SoulTime. He probably got caught by the monsters and couldn't escape their onslaught."
