The sound of the ball whooshing through the net was drowned out by the cheers of his teammates. Two points—a display of skill and intuition that left everyone stunned.

Cyrus's eyes were wide behind his AR glasses, his analytical mind working overtime to understand what he'd just witnessed. "How did you... my calculations showed only a 8% chance of that shot going in!"

Jax clapped Zed on the back, careful to avoid aggravating his injury. "The spirit of the game moves in mysterious ways, my friend," he said, his voice taking on that dreamy quality that often left his teammates bemused.

As they reset for the next play, Zed felt a surge of confidence. His body had adapted, honed by the brutal training regimens and the mind-bending challenges of the Basketball Tower. The Dimensional Simulator might be gone, but its lessons remained.
