Rain got surprised then shouted " dad , put me down" . Richard said in a little bit cold voice" shh, don't talk, you get hurt on your legs" Rain said in a disbelieve tone" so what dad? I can walk just fine " Richard said in a serious tone" no, you can't and be quiet " Rain got shocked and asked" you are telling me to be quiet?" Richard confusedly looked at her and nodded. Rain shockedly said" I am the Alpha of this pack " Richard rolled his eyes and said" if you are the alpha here then I am the Alpha's father, so be quiet " Rain got surprised and shockedly looked around her and saw every maids and servants also got shocked by that sudden scene. But Ben was smiling at them for some reason, Rain thought ' that old butler making fun of me' then their eyes meet and Ben smiled happily and nodded at her, like a grandfather who was watching his son to play with his grandchild. Rain became quiet and Rain doesn't say anything anymore and Richard started going upstairs with Rain in his arms. He entered Rain's room and lay her down slowly on the bed then put the duvet on her body. He took out his phone from his pocket and called someone. He said worriedly " hello, Dr.Li Rain got hurt, you come here as soon as possible, yes, yes, we are on the pack house" then he cut the call and went near Rain and sat next to her.
He looked at Rain's elbow and asked worriedly " is that hurting a lot?" Rain sighed and said in low voice" no dad, I am fine" then Rain noticed Richard started releasing some soothing pheromones and started patting her head gently. Rain thought ' I will never ever get hurt in my life time, no way I can't tolerate this type of treatment ' then Neel started laughing loudly and Rain got irritated and asked " what's so funny?" Neel said " it's fun to watch how they treat you like that" Rain said in a angry voice" you knew" Neel said " of course, but don't worry they're not always like that, they become like that only when Rain got hurt " Rain said in a irritated voice" what? They are so overrating" Neel hmmm and laughed again.
Rain then sighed and said in soft voice" dad , I am really fine" Richard hmm and said " okay, Dr. Li will come in a minute, let him see and check you and if he say that you are totally fine, then I'll believe it" Rain shook her head in a disbelieve and said in a annoyed voice" dad, you are overreacting" Richard looked at Rain with a widened eyes and said in a serious tone" I am overreacting, you are telling me this because you don't remember your mom, let me tell you how overreacting he was" .
Rain suddenly became interested and started listening to her dad's words carefully. Richard smiled a little from Rain's this sudden change of her behavior . Richard sighed then started talking about his life story , he said in a gentle voice " you know, when you was born, everyone was over joy especially your grandfather, because you are born as a golden Alpha. He was really happy that his first grandchild born as a golden Alpha, I was also very happy about my first child, everyone in the pack was happy but without your mom, he was so sad for some reason but didn't say anything to anyone" Rain got curious and asked curiously" why dad?" Richard smiled and said in a soft voice" because you are a golden Alpha " Rain got surprised and Richard smiled and said in a gentle voice" let me tell you what happened that night you born" Rain nodded and Richard said " in that night I was a little busy with the celebration from the pack house, so I came home a little late and when I enter in our bedroom I saw he was crying when holding you in his arms, I got panic and went near him and asked worriedly 'what happened ?' and you know what was his answer?" Rain asked curiously " what did he said dad?" Richard smiled and said in a soft voice " he said when crying like a baby ' Richard, golden Alpha has the weakest healing power in the history, what if she got hurt and it heal really slowly? then she will be in a lot's of pain ' I was like huh, then asked ' you are crying for that reason? ' he looked at me with a murderous eyes and said in a serious tone ' you think it's not a big deal ' I became seared I don't want to get killed by my wife for a wrong answer so, I started to think about it and then said ' then we have to become more careful that she doesn't get hurt, right?' suddenly he became serious and nodded and said ' yes, I have to be careful for her all the time ' and I sighed in a relief " then Richard looked at Rain with a serious eyes and said in a serious tone" for your kind information, you never got a single scratch on your body until your mom's death" Rain got overwhelming by those information, her heart now heavy for some reason and she wanted to meet that person so badly and wanted to know him so, she looked at her father with a unknown emotion and asked in a low curious voice" dad , huh, mom , how was he? I mean what kind of person he was?" Richard looked at her with a sad smiled and Rain started waiting for his answer.
