Not long after Maria's body was flown away from the scene. She slowly realized that William was trying to protect her.

She wanted to thank him, but William wasn't with her. Instead, her worry was greater than that, making her face wrinkle as she muttered, "Will..."

But not long after that, William appeared beside her, making her surprised and confused.

"Brother, can I ask you something?"

"What?"

"Did you just teleport?"

"No."

"Ha? But you suddenly appeared."

"Do you remember the incident with my hand that turned strange and lost its nerve function?"

"Oh yeah, I remember, Dad and Mom tried to cover it up from me. Very clearly. What happened with that incident?"
