More than a month had passed since the outbreak of the Apocalypse, and survival efforts had shifted from citizens to newly established living areas.

It was then that many people understood that among those who had previously gone to the mountains to assist the government, a group was there to help establish new living quarters.

The following day, the entire city's relocation efforts officially began.

The number of people being relocated was massive, and in order to reduce the burden and lower the incidence of problems, the principle of voluntariness was adopted.

In other words, post-Apocalypse living could either join the government's security system for increased safety or opt for self-governing organizations. If one could be self-sufficient, staying in one's own home was not opposed.

However, to avoid issues of chaos like before, the government designated boundaries within the centralized military and semi-military zones.
