Bab 96: Funnn

On the same night.

In a large vintage office, an old man sat on a swerving chair facing the floor length window as he watched the snow fall. It was Francesco watching the snow fall. His hands was caressing something, it was a pendant.

Opening up the pendant, he caressed the picture of the woman in the middle. She had a proud but innocent smile on her face, her exquisite features mirroring that of Giovanni.

He turned the chair and his usual shadow, his PA wasn't there. In the TV, the newscaster read.
