Bab 137: I should pray for myself and my poor chrysanthemum!

Hirvan stood still in his place, gazing at Lu Hanbing who suddenly appeared in Ashford's house. 

He felt his back soaked with sweat. 

' Ahhhhhh…. This is really bad!'

Hirvan was mentally cursing his bad luck and his stupid mouth as he screamed in his mind. 

Despite all the chances, he chose to be careless now in the presence of Lu Hanbing. 

Meanwhile, Elian's sharp gaze was directed towards Hirvan and Lu Hanbing. His expression hardened as he processed why Lu Hanbing had shown up here unexpectedly. Elian glanced at the man's serious expression and his heart sank. His appearance here wasn't good news. Something had happened. 

"Let's talk about it in the study."

He said to Lu Hanbing. 

His eyes met Lu Hanbing's, and there was a mutual understanding between them.

Hirvan's eyes widened as he snapped out of his daze. He glanced between the two of them. His chest was filled with a gnawing suspicion that he couldn't shake off.
