Bab 7: Match
~POV: 3rd person~
"Now we will proceed withe the third match!"
All Might draws two balls out of the box.
Villains team: C
Hero team: E
Teams C and E were standing before the building and were provided plans from all Might.
"Remember i will stop the match if things go out of hand and be careful. You have 10 minutes to prepare you strategy"
""Yes""
On Akira's an Mina's side
"So cool, the first and second of the quirk test are fighting each other! So what do you think we should do about Mineta-kun and Yaomomo?"
"Yaomomo?"
"That's the nickname i gave her when we got to know each other."
"Alright..."
"So? What do you think about this match?"
"First Mineta... His quirk is rather simple. He use those balls on his head, they are extremely sticky for everyone and become bouncy for him. His is not particularly sharp nor skilled in combat. His mental fortitude is nearly zero and easily compromised. By himself he is a non-threat and a useless dead-weight. I don't understand how he mad it here to be honest."
Mina smiles wryly at Akira's words
"That's harsh, do you have something against him?"
"You do understand that his perverted behavior is insufferable as girl no? The first thing he will probably do is going after you or Yaoyorozu when given the occasion so be careful."
"You go a point there... so about Yaomomo?"
"She is the complete opposite of this rat. She is sharp-minded and calm to assess the situation and improvise with her quirk. I already saw that she can create nearly anything. Of course there is a limit. From what i can see she use lipids to create things, the bigger and/or heavier the object is the more time she needs. She also need to expose more skin in case she creates big objects. I bet She probably also needs to know the composition of what she makes."
Mina is dumbfound that he already analyzed Yaoyorozu's quirk.
"How do you know all that? She never said anything about it."
"You just need to understand that my two quirks are probably the most versatile in this class by far. for now you need to know that it gives me sharp sensory abilities, i already understand how everyone's quirk work. Same reason as how i know about Todoroki not controlling his flames well."
'Plus prior otherworldly knowledge but no point in saying it.'
" It is a bit frightening, especially since no one knows what you can do."
"Exactly, and Yaoyorozu will be on guard against me. For you she needs to create acid-proof stuff to counter you, for me However she doesn't know what i can do asides from having superhuman strength and speed. Even more so when my quirks' descriptions are so vague. By the way she also knows martial art so don't fight her on CQC."
"Y-yeah..."
While Mina and Akira talk about their plan Yaoyorozu and Mineta were placing traps at the bomb's location and the corridors around.
"Why are we posing traps in the corridors?"
Mineta was asking while eyeing Yaoyorozu's figure. in return he was met with a sharp glare form the girl
"You don't seem to understand the situation Mineta-san."
"What situation? We just need to beat Ashido-san and that good looking bastard. He was first, so what? His strength and speed are a bit higher than ours he is no big deal."
Being an Ojou-sama all her life Yaoyorozu doesn't understand why he calls Akira a bastard. She ignores what Mineta said and resumes her explanation. Mineta, hating good looking man, denies the reality of Akira's strength.
"Mina-san is one thing, we can use acid-proof objects i create. But in case you did not understand let me explain."
"Akira-san is sharp-minded and after what he told Todoroki-san, I think he probably understand the quirks and weakness of everyone in this class while we on the other hand, don't know what he is capable of. He held back during the quirk test."
"Yeah but he is not as strong as Bakugo or Todoroki, these guys are monsters."
Sight... Yaoyorozu's sight echoed in the corridors
"I think that Akira-san is stronger than Bakugo-san and Todoroki-san. What he showed so far was probably only the tip of the Iceberg."
Realization finally hit Mineta like a lightning strike
"Then How are we going to win if this guy is stronger than those monsters?! I wont' be able to show how cool i am to the girls!"
Mineta begins to panic as tears to come out of his eyes as Yaoyorozu stared daggers at him
After ten minutes the match begins
"Third match start!"
All Might's voice echoes around.
Akira and Mina entered the building.
In the control room the students of class one were looking at the monitors with expectation.
"The first and second place fighting each other this will be interesting" (Tokoyami)
"Yes! we can finally see an intense fight!" (Kirishima)
"I am more interest to see what Akira's quirk are we don't know a lot about it, Ribbit" (Asui)
"You are right. What i'm more curious about are his eyes." (Jiro)
In the building Akira and Mina are walking in an empty corridor
"Yaoyorozu and Mineta are on the fifth floor, the bomb is with them. You take the left i take the right corridor be careful of any traps they placed along the way."
"Got It!"
'How can she have this happy expression in any situation like this?'
Akira is looking at the back of his partner, an eyebrow raised. When Akira is about to take the stairs leading to the next floor he felt that something was off.
In the control room
"Hey, how come they are directly heading toward team C? The match begun just 2 minutes ago." (Sero)
"Possibly, Uchiha-kun is able to monitor everyone in the building and is guiding Ashido-san."(Ida)
"Exactly! Young Unchia possess exceptional sensory skills and is now sensing everyone's location, monitoring their positions in real time." (All Might)
"I see..." (Uraraka)
"That's overpowered!" (Kirishima)
"Look, he stopped his track Ribbit." (Tsuyu)
the rest of the students turned toward the monitor
The next moment, the thing that all the people in the room want to see appears. Akira's iris became silvery with a dark-gold pupils and three tomoes in each of his eyes.
"Oh! We can finally see what his eye quirk looks like" (Kaminari)
"What peculiar colors."(Ida)
"indeed, but we have little information about his abilities so most of his powers remains unknown to even the teaching body or the principal." (All Might)
"Even the principal doesn't know his exact strength?" (Todoroki)
"No, but judging from what he told you young Todoroki, He probably figured out all your quirks."(All Might)
"That's scary, not knowing his quirk's abilities while he knows ours'." (Uraraka)
Meanwhile Akira voluntarily triggered the trap installed in the stairs. A net heads directly towards him
'This net is made out of reinforced carbon fiber, perfect for capturing people alive.'
Before the net could trap him, Akira used Chakra scalpel and cut it in two vertically with his hand.
'This will be a pain to trigger all traps here.'
Akira jumps and is now walking on the ceiling as if gravity lost its effect
"He is walking on the ceiling?! and he just cut the net with his hand?" (Sato)
"So he can do that... He is avoiding all the traps since the ceiling is high." (All Might)
Akira eventually reaches the bomb room
'Yaoyorozu and Mineta are here and Mina... She fell unconscious for some reason.'
Since the door is blocked from the other side, Akira blasted the door and everything behind it with a kick and walks past it. He smells something weird in the room
'I see... The room is filled with sleeping gas, that's why Mina is out and Yaoyorozu and Mineta are wearing gas masks. Too bad the gas has no effect on me.'
"Yo, it seems like I'm late here"(Akira)
Yaoyorozu was surprised behind her mask. The guy just walks in a room full of gas like nothing.
'Does sleeping gas has no effect on him?'
Akira looked around the room
'The bomb is behind Yaoyorozu, Mineta's sticky balls are scattered around the room...'
Akira's thoughts were interrupted when he saw Mineta nearly touching the unconscious Mina.
'I hate this shorty...'
Before Mineta registers anything he is sent flying across the room with a knee kick crashing on the wall and losing consciousness.
in the control room
"Wasn't it bit much?" (Kaminari)
"This perv brought it upon himself." (Jiro)
the girls were looking at the unconscious Mineta with contempt
Back at the exercise site, the only ones standing were Akira and Yaoyorozu
Akira after, beating Mineta, looked at her in the eye with his sharingan
