Ray firmly held her head allowing all his essence to enter her down the throat for a solid minute and finally let go.

Immediately Seraphine fell to the ground with a plop sound, she coughed slightly.

Her breathing ragged.

"I almost couldn't breathe." She complained while looking at Ray.

"Sorry."

Ray crouched to her level and patted her silky white hair with an apologetic expression.

"It's… it's fine."

Seraphine shuttered.

"You are the best Seraphine." Ray immediately hugged her while praising her.

"Mhm."

She nodded her head and awkwardly asked: "now what?"

Her expression slightly became cold again, lips pressed into a thin line while her eyes remained sharp and unreadable, like shards of ice.

"Why do you always have a cold expression on your face?" Ray asked with a curious expression.

"Eh, cold expression?" Seraphine tilted her head and looked at Ray with a confused gaze.
