Bab 183: A New Lead

One by one, the men shared their stories as they dropped on their knees and cried. The booze was there to alleviate the pain in their hearts. Being reminded and telling the stories from their own mouth was enough to make them fall on their knees. They were traumatized. Their loved ones were violated in front of them while the criminal was laughing at them, threatening them. How could they not feel pain in their hearts?

Every night, their loved ones would cry and apologize to them while themselves apologize too, saying "No, I'm the one who should say sorry, it's my fault." keeping an accepting look. But in the dark, when everyone's asleep, they would shout at the sky with their broken hearts.

Doing this, the fathers and brothers of the town saw each other. They created a circle, trying to sympathize with each other. Even though they knew each other already in this town, they felt they've become closer.
