Bab 175: 175. Training

He slapped himself mentally, and seeing Paige's shocked face, he was regretting his outburst.

"Y....you remember again?" Paige stammered, relief pouring over her, but looking at Lance, it was clear that she misunderstood.

"No...you don't." She stated, as she looked out again to get her emotions in check,- that had startled her. But it would be too easy this way. She could accept it and wait. 

Lance was first stunned by how her eyes suddenly became full of life before reverting back again, to how he got to know her since yesterday.

This change happened in a few seconds, and he was still digesting it. He felt somewhat resentful about her wanting another man back, ignoring his current self.

Her boyfriend was in front of her, and shouldn't she love him despite him having amnesia?

"Don't you love me?"

Lance was exasperated. Did his past self get cheated in a relationship where the girl didn't love him and only wanted his body?
