She tensely asked, "Have you found out who tried to kill you yesterday?"

Lingxiao pressed his lips together and said, "I'm still investigating."

"You don't need to get involved with the marriage arrangement with the Gu Family; I'll figure out a way on my own," Xiangning softly said. "If I truly cannot resolve it in the end, I will let you know."

"This is a matter concerning both of us," Lingxiao said solemnly. "Not just you alone."
