"You and Dad have helped me out a lot. It was you who taught me, hand by hand, how to change diapers and give the kids a bath. I was so clumsy back then, always struggling to learn, but you never found me slow."

The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo had been together for nearly thirty years, and it wasn't without friction.

After all, they were from two generations, and due to different views, there were bound to be disagreements.

Luckily, they didn't live together for extended periods, so those frictions never escalated into irreconcilable conflicts, and neither the mother-in-law nor the daughter-in-law held grudges, so their relationship had always been pretty good.
