Bab 119: I Lied

At exactly 8 PM, Alex watched Sabrina as she walked through the doors of the rooftop lounge where she had set up their meeting. He raised a hand to get her attention since he was sitting at a random table.

As he watched her approach, dressed in high-waist, skin-tight black leather pants, and a white long-sleeved crop top blouse, Alex couldn't help but admire her sense of style and timing.

He liked that unlike most ladies he knew, she paid attention to time and was never late. That was a trait that always irritated him in ladies, and he hated that most of them, like Chloe, thought it was cute and that a man needed to wait for them.

"Hey! You're always early," she said with approval as she slid into the seat opposite him before he could stand up to help her with her seat.

That was another thing he liked about her. Despite the fact that she was rich, she didn't seem to have the princess syndrome he was accustomed to in some of his clients.
