Bab 42: Chapter 42 Feeding the Baby

Lin Yi quickly reacted and then retreated, making sure to close the door behind him.

In recent days, everyone in the family had to knock before entering Han Xuewei's room, for fear of inconveniencing her. Lin Yi, too excited, had forgotten to do so.

A moment later, Han Xuewei called out to the hallway, "Come in!"

Only then did Lin Yi carefully push the door open, his heart sighing with relief.

Han Xuewei's mood didn't seem to fluctuate much, and her flushed face gradually returned to normal, indicating she didn't blame him much.

Han Xuewei turned her head and said, "Just hand me the daughter."

Lin Yi nodded in response, his expression still slightly awkward.

He nodded vaguely, uttering an agreement.

Immediately after, he passed the daughter to his wife's embrace, the thick scent of milk assailing his nose; it was identical to the one emanating from his daughter, truly intoxicating!

Lin Yi tiptoed out of his wife's room and gently closed the door.
