Bab 44: Chapter 44

He really wanted to get it all over with quickly. If only he could take a break from family, he'd do that without blinking an eye. He just wanted to focus on school and his friends, really. But here he was, dressing up to go and meet his dad, outside school, in the evening. Thankfully, Jon offered to drive him so he'd not waste any money for transportation.

His dad had called him the day before, just when he was hanging out with Ada, to tell him about his arrival in town. He'd asked to meet and Felix chose the weekend. It was the weekend now and he didn't know how he'd act when he'd meet him.

"Good luck," Jon said, uneasily as he watched him step out of his car the moment he'd parked.

"Thanks," Felix said, knowing he was going to need it.

"I'll wait for you right here till you're done," Jon assured him, to which he smiled in appreciation.
