Bab 31: Match Begin
"Kirihara Shizuya" said Ikki, recognizing the person in front of him.
Kirihara Shizuya is one of the Kurogane family's henchmen, who always caused trouble for Ikki the previous year before Shinguuji Kurono served as principal.
"Yo, the worst one, it seems you haven't looked at your match schedule. See you tomorrow, I hope you can entertain me. I want to see your desperate struggle in tomorrow's match" said Kirihara Shizuya disdainfully.
Seeing Kirihara Shizuya insult Ikki, Shizuku released a cold aura around her and almost summoned her device, but was stopped by Ikki.
"No need, Shizuku, I will defeat him myself tomorrow" Ikki said calmly.
"Onii-sama, are you okay?" Shizuku asked worriedly.
"Don't worry, Shizuku. Trust your older brother," said Ikki, reassuring Shizuku.
"Okay, Onii-sama, Shizuku always believes in onii-sama" said Shizuku.
There were no further incidents on the way and they separated to return to their respective dorms.
.....the night passed....
"Vermilion will face the Heavy Tank student, Momotani. With an armor-shaped device, Goliath, and his signature skill, Heavy Charge. Can he blow up his opponent?" The commentator's excited voice sounded at the Hagun Academy training ground.
Today is Stella and Kurogane Ikki's match day.
Stella's opponent is Takeshi Momotani, a man with a big body but actually has a cowardly personality and is afraid of pain.
After summoning his device, Goliath, an armor covered Momotani's entire body and he prepared to attack with a straight crash like he always did.
Seeing her opponent summon his device, Stella also summoned her device.
"Serve me, Laevatein"
"Unlike those cheering spectators, you should already understand that this is a real fight and it certainly hurts more than during training. Think carefully before deciding."
Holding Laevatein and surrounded by burning flames, Stella said with the intention of intimidating the Opponent.
Hearing Stella's words, Momotani had cold sweat on his face which was covered by armor. Momotani knew that he couldn't beat Stella who was an A ranked blazer.
So after hearing Stella's words, he immediately gave up.
"I surrender," said Momotani, raising his hands as a sign of surrender.
After winning the match, Stella came to the audience to meet Noah who was waiting for her there.
"Congratulations, Stella," said Noah when he saw Stella approaching.
"Nothing, it's just that the opponent is weak," said Stella happily and came in front of Noah, looking at him expectantly like a child asking for praise.
Seeing Stella's behavior and her shining eyes, Noah helplessly touched Stella's head and rubbed it.
"Then let's watch Ikki's match," said Noah as he walked towards Ikki's match venue.
Hagun Academy had many training grounds, so there were many matches taking place simultaneously.
After arriving at Ikki's match venue, they saw Shizuku in the front row, so they approached her.
Because Stella's opponent gave up, it took a long time, when they came to Ikki's match, the match had just started.
"Why are you here, don't you have a match?"
Seeing Stella and Noah approaching, Shizuku asked in surprise.
"Of course, but the opponent immediately gave up after the match started"
Stella said answering Shizuku's question.
"Okay, let's watch Ikki's match," said Noah interrupting their conversation.
Meanwhile on the match field.
"Look viewers, the arena is already filled with spectators! The fourth match is about to start! I am Hangetsu Tsukuyomi, I will host the match with Nene Saikyou-sensei!" The host, Hangetsu Tsukuyomi said excitedly.
"Have fun watching," said Nene lazily, which was different from Hangetsu Tsukuyomi's enthusiasm.
"It turns out you dared to come. That means I can beat you like a punching bag, right, worst one?" Kirihara said mockingly.
"Do it if you can," Ikki answered calmly, ignoring Kirihara's teasing.
"Time to hunt, Oboruzuki!"
"Come, Intetsu!"
They both called their respective devices.
Once the match begins, Kirihara uses area invisible, which allows Kirihara to blend into the environment and become invisible.
After becoming invisible, Kirihara attacks Ikki from various directions with arrows, but Kirihara's attacks are repelled by Ikki with extraordinary sword techniques.
After that, Ikki followed the arrow's trajectory and managed to find Kirihara's location.
..Swosh..
With a slash of his sword, Ikki managed to tear Kirihara's sleeve and confused the audience as to how Ikki found the invisible Kirihara.
While the audience is confused about how Ikki managed to find Kirihara, Nene Saikyo explains how Ikki managed to find Kirihara.
After his position was discovered, Kirihara didn't panic, but instead showed his form and started talking nonsense before disappearing again.
Seeing Kirihara disappear again, Ikki became serious and scanned the surroundings with the others.

This time Kirihara's arrow also became invisible and hit Ikki's right thigh.
"Onii-sama!!! Fight!!" Seeing Ikki injured, Shizuku cheered to support Ikki.
Hearing Shizuku's scream,
Ikki endured the pain and continued to observe the surroundings.
Remembering his fight with Noah that day where he couldn't dodge, Ikki decided to stay still and feel his surroundings and face the arrows head-on rather than trying to dodge.

Sensing that some places had different wind flows, Ikki knew that it was in the direction of Kirihara's attack.

It turns out that Ikki didn't really attack Kirihara and just scared him, who would have thought that he would be scared to the point of fainting.

Since that match Ikki has a lot of fans and no one looks down on him anymore for having an F rating.
"Congratulations, Onii-sama, Shizuku knows you will definitely win"
Seeing Ikki approaching, Shizuku immediately hugged him and congratulated him.
"Congratulations, Ikki," said Noah and Stella congratulated him.
"Thank you, everyone" said Ikki while smiling and stroking Shizuku's head.
"How about we celebrate Stella and Shizuku's victory?" Noah suggested.
"Sure" they agreed and celebrated Ikki and Stella's victory.
