Bab 40: The Way Back Home

Talindra kept crying and crying and Drelduin did his best to calm her down. His alpha energy and the heat from his wolf form made her aware of the environment and that she was safe with him.

"I will find out wherever he is, please calm down," pleaded Dovah. It was unusual for the Alpha to plead but it was his sister. He could do anything for her.

"Take me home," sobbed Talindra.

"I will sweetie. I will." He squeezed her tightly and brought her closer to himself. He then let her go and within seconds changed his form. He wore his dress and knelt near Talindra who was still curled on the ground.

"Let's go home," he said and lifted her up in his arms. She coiled herself like a baby in his warm hands.

Talindra's arms were wrapped around Drelduin's neck. Her head was on his shoulders. He moved towards his private elevator and pressed the button with his elbow. He bounced her in his arms and held her tighter.
