Bab 139: The Pendulum

Feeling the approaching death, Lucian felt his entire body turning cold, a strange sensation filled his body as if it was about to swallow him whole.

His skin tingled and felt hot while his mind was about to go blank and he felt as if something was about to explode out of his body.

But just then Lucian felt a gust of wind hitting his body which brought him back to senses, from just the sweet scent in the air he knew who it was, Jasmine stood in front of him and had stopped the bullet with her bare hand.

Her fist was right in front of Lucian's chest, and she had stopped the bullet just a few centimetres away from his body, then she retracted her hand and looked at the bullet, it was glowing with a bright red light.

Without a moment's hesitation, Jasmine threw the bullet out of the window into the sky as her hand became a blur.

*BOOOOOOOOOM*
