"Pffft, were you for real, Aria?" One of Aria's friends caught her eye, remembering how just moments ago the professor joked about being from the future. Everyone laughed since they knew it was just a joke, but Aria took it way too seriously, which made everyone crack up even more.

"Shut up." Thinking back, Aria couldn't help but feel a little awkward for being the only one to take it seriously while everyone else was cracking up. It was funny that even the professor was laughing, even though he actually knew that his words were true and not some joke.

At first, she was taken aback when he suddenly accepted that he was from the future and acted out of character, considering it was a shock for her. But now that she thinks about it, it all feels like he was just trying to warn her or make her realize that no one would believe her even if she told them he was from the future.
