If Shinnō wanted to take down this woman, opening only six gates of the Eight Gates technique wouldn't be enough.
However, opening the seventh gate would be too much even for Shinnō, who had mastered advanced physical revitalization techniques and transplanted some of Hashirama's cells.
Moreover, Shinnō didn't fully trust Kisame and Obito yet and didn't want to reveal his trump card.
Pakura, standing beside Yugao, glared at Kisame and Shinnō on the water's surface, forming a single hand seal.

Then, all the Scorch Release fireballs behind Pakura fused in pairs, eventually forming a pigeon egg-sized, dazzling white fireball emitting a radiant glow.
Seeing the white flaming sphere in Pakura's hand, Yugao instinctively stepped back, wanting to distance herself.
Even though she hadn't seen this technique before, the terrifying chakra emanating from the fireball indicated that its power was extraordinary.
As soon as the white fireball formed, Pakura extended her hand towards Kisame and Shinnō, saying calmly:
"Sage Art: Blazing White Sage Orb!"
As soon as she spoke, Pakura flicked her finger, and the white fireball shot towards Kisame and Shinnō like a meteor.
Seeing the oncoming fireball, Kisame snorted, "Let's see how I'll break this!"
These two women had repeatedly broken his prized techniques, and Kisame wanted to seize this opportunity to regain his pride.

If Obito hadn't intervened, Kisame would have been in serious trouble, if not dead.
"We're leaving." Obito looked at Kakuzu in the distance, gritted his teeth, and took Kisame and Shinnō back into the Kamui dimension.
Since Kisame had failed, he had to honor the agreement and stop targeting the women of the Ninja Union.
Besides, the battle had already attracted the attention of Konoha's guards in Fire Source City. It was best to leave before the Flying Thunder God users arrived.
Seeing the three leave, Kurotsuchi was about to speak when Obito grabbed him from behind and pulled him into the Kamui dimension.
"These women are truly remarkable."
Kakuzu gave Pakura and her companions a deep look before turning towards Fire Source City.
The strength displayed by the women of the Ninja Union reassured him about his savings.
He decided to withdraw his funds from other banks and deposit more into the Ninja Union.
And since he hadn't caused any trouble, he had nothing to fear from these three powerful women.
