Bab 39: Two years time skip

On top of a huge tree that towered over others in the vicinity, offering a breathtaking view, sat a young man of nineteen. According to the world's customs, he was of age for marriage, as eighteen was the minimum. However, most young people shunned this tradition, feeling they were still too young.

The young man had pale skin and well defined muscles. He was topless, displaying the scars that riddled his body . His pants were tattered, and he wore no footwear. His overgrown hair covered his eyes and stretched down to his waist. This young man, with this familiar features, was none other than Daniel Lionheart.

"I think it's time," Dan said, taking a huge bite from a red fruit he had plucked. He jumped from the top of the tree, landing on the ground with a resounding thud.

"Hmm? She's not here," Dan muttered, scanning the area.

"Luna! Luna!!" He called out, then whistled loudly.
