Bab 62: Hero

Dune and Mindia were sitting next to each other on the ground. Mindia broke the silence, "You alright, crybaby?"

Dune wasn't even listening to her, lost in his thoughts. Mindia threw a small rock at him. "You alive?"

"Oh, yeah. Do you need anything?" Dune replied, snapping back to reality.

Mindia sighed. "What are you thinking about?"

Should I tell her? Dune wondered. But how can this girl even help me? She's the last person I'd think of as noble.

What does she know about noble families? Then he remembered what Mindia had told him about the Neville and Rodeny families. Maybe she does? Dune looked at her. Alright, hope I'll not regret this.

He told her how he was about to visit someone rich and noble, and he needed to know how to dance and act around higher-class people.

Mindia laughed. "So that's it? Of course I know, but it won't be free."

"What do you want?" Dune asked.
