"I assumed my son was joking when he stated he'd be working throughout your Bali trip. But you both have some interesting ideas for the resort's building." Marcus looked at the list Ella handed to him, which impressed the guy with her work ethic.

Marcus trusted Stefan with Ella because he felt she was capable of convincing that indolent son of his work to realize his aspirations and be disciplined enough to pursue them.

Ella pursed her lips and nodded.

Only she understood how difficult it was for her to assemble these ideas in one day and deliver them to her boss today. If he knew what his son was up to throughout the trip, he'd beat the heck out of him.

Marcus, impressed with their work, approved the ideas they proposed and instructed her to work on them while telling the architectural department.

Ella was on her way out when she was interrupted by an unexpected visitor.
