Bab 242: Our suspect is there

Kaden attempted to sneak upstairs but was stopped when he noticed men from the other gang exiting the pub. It was then that it dawned on him, and his feet moved on their own to open the VIP room.

The sight of the bloodied space horrified him, but what attracted his attention was Sylvester lying down on the floor, gasping for life.

Kaden raced to his side and discovered he had been shot in the stomach. He had already lost enough blood, and it was clear that he would not survive even if he was taken to the hospital.

"Catch them before they flee to country P; they took the drug." Sylvester murmured.

Kaden's brow wrinkled when he heard him. He stared at the man who pleaded with him. He wasn't worried for his life but for the drug that got stolen.

"They will sell the drug. Please stop them and save me." Silvester's words died with him, leaving Kaden in shock.

He closed his eyes and snuck out as soon as he heard the siren.
