Tiffany stood confused when the door opened to see her mother waiting for her.

"Mom, why are you still at home?" Shouldn't you be heading to work?"

Tiffany was still unaware that it was the weekend, and Susan normally went late on those days.

"No, l will be going a little late, but that doesn't mean I will let you sleep as much as you wish." Tiffany scowled at her mother's condensed words.

"I want to talk with you Tiffany, regarding the suggestion you gave me that day"

Tiffany comprehended why her mother was so severe with her.

"Didn't we make this obvious to you? I assumed you must have discussed your decision with your Master." Tiffany returned to being disrespectful to her mother when she awoke from her sleep.

"Not unless I know the reason behind what changed your perspective regarding Jacob that you agreed with him so easily?"
