Bab 44: Past (Part 2)

Of the hundred children who were with them, only ten remain alive today. Jake, as the oldest from the orphanage, has always fought to protect Ava, Irina, and Connor. The man swore he would not let any of them die until they got out of that cursed place together.

"You have to run as hard as you can, Irina. I will kill that bear. I promise you."

Irina smiled in relief when Ava spoke confidently to her. Ava may be the youngest among them, but her fighting talent was even visible on the first day they set foot in the mansion. Ava is a genius and always succeeds in carrying out missions with perfect results in her hands. Uncle Hugo even liked her, so Irina was sure that at least Ava would survive until the end of this experiment.
