"Accepting Clover means accepting everything about her, the good and the bad of her life. You know that, right?" Uncle Lily asked again.

"Yes, I know," Joe replied shortly.

"Then I don't want to say anything else," Uncle Lily shrugged. This time, his expression was much more relaxed, contrasting his previous demeanour.

"Does that mean you agree to this marriage, sir?" Joe asked for confirmation.

"What can a retired mobster like me do? Even General Shine can't do anything about Clover's status changing in the inter-,"

"I love you, Uncle!" Clover, who looked very happy, suddenly received a hug from the side.

"You naughty girl," he grumbled at Clover, who was now crying in his arms. After that, Uncle Lily turned to Joe again, "I accept you as our daughter's husband. Please make Clover as happy as you said to me earlier."
